How Prezzy Card works

Activating your Prezzy Card

If you received your Prezzy Card in the mail, it probably hasn’t been activated. You must activate your card before you can use it. To do this, you will need the four digit number selected when the card was purchased by the person who gave it to you.

Click here or call 0800 450 509 to activate your card (this is a free call).

Shopping with Prezzy Card

Shopping with Prezzy Card is much the same as shopping with a credit card. When shopping online, enter your card number, expiry date and 3-digit CVV2 code. For in-store purchases, use the ‘credit’ button then sign the receipt.

The card can’t be used after the expiry date printed on the front of the card. The card’s funds will not be available after the expiry date. Take a note of the date and get shopping!

Checking your balance

Every time you use your card your balance is automatically adjusted. You can check your Prezzy Card balance online anytime for free or phone 0800 450 509.

Registering your card

For added security you should register your Prezzy Card online as soon as you receive it - that way we may be able to help you if your card is lost or stolen, or if you want to dispute a transaction made on your card. Register your card here.
