You can customise any of our base card designs as per your needs. Once approved by ePay, your personalised Visa gift card is available to be selected as part of our standard card order process. To ensure that we have the correct requirements, please place your custom gift card order via email [email protected]

The specs of the logo will need to be as follows:

PNG format
White logo only
Dimensions: 297px(w)x144px(h)
Additional message, ie. Merry Christmas, can only be 24 characters

Please note we do not accept any logos that don’t meet this specification. We charge a logo set-up fee of $50 for all new personalised card designs.
