Lost or stolen cards

If your card has been lost or stolen, our customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you.

If you're in New Zealand, call us on 0800 450 509 and we'll cancel your card immediately.

If you're overseas, call us on +64 4 803 1640.
