What is a Giftzzy Reloadable Card?
The Giftzzy Reloadable Card is a prepaid, reloadable card powered by Prezzy Card and issued by epay New Zealand. You can use it to purchase goods and services anywhere Visa is accepted, both online and in-store.
Registration is required before the card can be used. Simply log in to the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal, complete your registration, and create your PIN. Your card will remain inactive until registration and PIN setup are completed.
Who can apply for a Giftzzy Reloadable Card?
The Giftzzy Reloadable Card is available to New Zealand residents only.
A valid New Zealand mobile number is required during registration.
Do I need a New Zealand mobile number to register?
Yes. A valid New Zealand mobile number is required to activate and manage your Giftzzy account.
Can I use the same email address or mobile number for multiple accounts?
No. Each email address and mobile number can only be linked to one Giftzzy profile.
Your email address and mobile number act as unique identifiers and cannot be reused to create another Giftzzy account.
How many cards can I have?

How do I reload my card?
You can reload your card through the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal after completing registration and any required verification.
Applicable reload limits apply based on your verification status.
What are the reload limits?

If you reach the pre-verification reload limit, you will need to complete identity verification before adding additional funds.
What is the maximum balance I can hold?

How do I qualify for higher limits?
To access higher balance, reload, and spending limits, you must complete identity verification (KYC).
This includes verifying your personal details before higher limits can be applied to your account.
How long is my card valid for?
Giftzzy Reloadable Cards have a minimum expiry period of 6 years from the date of issue.
Are there any fees associated with the card?
Yes. Please refer to the Schedule of Charges (SOC) for a full list of applicable fees and charges.
Can I use the card at ATMs?
No. The Giftzzy Reloadable Card does not support ATM transactions, including:
- Cash withdrawals
- ATM balance enquiries
- Cash-back transactions
How do I check my card balance?
You can check your balance at any time by logging in to the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal.
Why are all my cards linked to one profile?
All cards held by the same customer are managed under a single profile to help manage balances, reload limits, and account security.
Can I create another account if I reach my limits?
No. Customers cannot create multiple accounts to bypass product limits.
Email addresses and mobile numbers are used as unique identifiers to prevent duplicate accounts.
How do I reset my PIN?
You can reset your PIN by logging in to the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal using your registered account credentials and following the PIN reset instructions.
