What is a Giftzzy Reloadable Card?
The Giftzzy Reloadable Card is a prepaid, reloadable card, powered by Prezzy Card, and issued by epay New Zealand. You can use it to purchase goods and services at any merchant that accepts Visa card transactions, both online and in-store.
How do I register my card?
Registration is required before use. Go to the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal, complete your registration, and set up your PIN. The card remains inactive until registration and PIN setup are complete.
How do I reload my card?
You can reload your card via the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal after completing registration and verification, maximum reload limit applies.
Maximum cumulative value per 12-month period is $9,999. Beyond that, you must complete KYC verification to continue loading funds. Please get in touch with our team if you would like to load above $10,000.
What is the maximum balance I can load on each card?
- Without KYC: $9,999
- With KYC: $50,000
How long is my card valid for?
Giftzzy Reloadable Cards have a minimum expiry period of 6 years from the date of issuance.
Can I use the card at ATMs?
Giftzzy Reloadable Prepaid Card does not support ATM transactions including cash withdrawals and balance inquiries at ATMs.
How do I check my card balance?
Log in to the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal
Who can use the card?
The card can be used by the purchaser or the intended recipient.
- Cards cannot be resold.
- Using the card for money transfers, funding other accounts, or prohibited transactions is not allowed.
How do I reset my PIN?
Log in to the Giftzzy Reloadable Portal using your registration credentials to reset your PIN.
